the pursuit of humankind to develope propels social life, thus causing
the flourishing of cities, regions, cultures and knowledge. This has
led to the emergence of European cultural routes, which are a sign of a
time change and simultaneously they transform the space through which

Another project submitted to the competition!
Thanks to your 1077 votes in the Jaroslaw Civil Budget, which proclaim the interest in the idea of the "Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being - Via Reginae", we submitted a micro-project with our Slovakian partner Svidnik to the European Regional Development Fund within the Interreg V-A Poland-Slovakia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020.
The obtained funds would allow us to fully implement our idea.
[Main objective]
The main objective of the project is to build a Pedestrian Route of
Integral Renovation of Human Being - Via Reginae" as an element of the
larger Via Reginae Route, a crossborder tourist and pilgrimage product
which is a brand based on Eastern and Western Christian traditions.
Pedestrian Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being - Via Reginae"
assumes actions aimed at building its image as one of the brands of the
Carpathian region specializing in spiritual and mental regeneration,
awakening lasting positive emotions and interpersonal relations, using
the wealth of nature and space as elements stimulating the search for
oneself, natural attractions and cultural heritage conduce to spiritual
and mystical uplifting experiences. The Carpathians are an ideal outer
space for inner discovery, reflection on one's own life and the search
for one's destiny and vocation.

The way of voting is regulated by § 5 of the Rules of Procedure of the Civil Budget of the City of Jaroslaw for 2018: (regulations)
Our goal is to create a comprehensive walking trail of the human renewal integral pathway "Via Reginae" by drawing a pilgrimage-tourism route between the Jaroslaw Marian Sanctuaries, each of which has its own specificity based either on the traditions of the great orders (Dominican, Jesuit and Benedictine).
The whole route consists of 8 applications, which we submitted to the Civic Budget for 2018:
In category A: "Route of integral Renovation of Human Being - Via Reginae" (A02) - In historical chambers of the Jaroslaw temples would be the possibility of individual encounters with priests, nuns or lay persons (according to an individual choice) in order to assess the psychophysical, psychological, social and spiritual condition of a person and to offer him or her with the whole or part of the Jaroslaw DIOC "Via Reginae". A competent counsellor would also indicate the order and time period of individual stages adapted to the current needs of a given person.

In category B: All applications are complementary to the A02 application and aim to create beautiful floral resorts for tourists and travellers travelling through the DIOC "Via Reginae".
Square of the Queen of Poland (B03) - located at the Parish of The Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Poland. Planting flowers and shrubs, setting up benches, baskets, boards, making stylish lighting, lighting for pedestrians and renovating a well.

Pedestrian trail from the abbey to the collegiate church (B16) - Construction of a pedestrian tract on Klasztorna Street connecting the abbey with the collegiate church. Organization of traffic, pedestrian crossings, construction of pavement, benches, baskets, plaques, stylish lighting and posts, monitoring, new plantations of flowers and shrubs.

In category C: Cultural Routes Picnic (C05) - The Picnic will be designed to promote the "Route of integral Renovation of Human Being - Via Reginae" among the city's inhabitants and encourage them to actively participate in traveling the Marian Route. In addition, it will bring the idea of cultural routes closer to the residents, encourage cooperation between other organizations, volunteers and stimulate activities for the benefit of local community and European integration.voting card
We would like our city to be an important tourist destination on the map of Europe, so that it will be visited, admired and well-known.
Because it is worth remembering the history of the city that grew up at the crossroads of two very important trade routes in Europe and to convey what we have the best today,

That is why we have submitted the project Via Reginae, in which as a Cultural Road Found we are one of the partners, initiator, author and coordinator.
Our original project Via Reginae is directly connected with projects that will be implemented from the funds of the Jaroslaw Civil Budget - for which residents were so eager to vote with about 1,000 people for each of the 3 projects.
The project involves extending the travel-related activities / from the local to the international/ of the Via Reginae tourist and pilgrimage route, for which you have been so eager to vote.

[Main objective]
Building the "Via Reginae" Route - a crossborder, sustainable brand,
cultural, tourist and pilgrimage product based on Eastern and Western
Christian traditions in the Podkarpackie, Prečov and Kočice regions.
This objective will contribute to increasing the level of sustainable
use of material and intangible cultural heritage by visitors and
residents in border regions. The large scale of the project will
attract many stakeholders and contribute to the development of modern
culture and economy.
